Two runners at Sandown today. Prairie Flower in R2, trying to make it two from two this campaign. She creeps up in the weights and faces some stiff competition with the favourite in the race already a stakes winner. Will Price is aboard, knows her well and with the right run she is a good chance.
In the following race, classy mare Asfoora kicks off her spring campaign with Mitch Aitken in the saddle. Henry is quiet happy with her heading into this first up run today. The race is as expected with a couple of handy horses. Whist this race has a better grade of horse than she has raced against before, Asfoora has good upside and should prove very competitive.
