The Henry Dwyer Racing stable has three runners today in ASFOORA at Caufield, TARZ LA ROSE and STRATESSA at Murray Bridge
Caulfield – Good (4)
The track has come up a Good 4 on race morning. I’d expect an upgrade during the afternoon. The rail is out 6 metres allowing for all horses to find good ground after being out 12m last meeting and therefore the track should race fair.
Race 3 (2:30 pm) Evergreen Turf Handicap 1100m
No.2 ASFOORA – Mitch Aitken (Barrier 6)
ASFOORA (6) heads to Caulfield on Wednesday where she will contest an 1100m BM70 (Race 3, 2.30 pm). She has drawn gate six and Mitch Aitken will ride.
ASFOORA got a little wound up the last start. playing up slightly in the gates but that has been rectified since during her time off between runs. She is in amazing condition and comes into this really well. Raced handy & bolted in again at Stawell 2nd-up. Improving type that could go on with it here.

No.13 TARZ LA ROSE – Dom Tourneur (Barrier 7)
TARZ LA ROSE (7) heads to Murray Bridge on Wednesday where she will contest an 1400m Maiden (Race 3, 3.17pm). She has drawn gate seven and Dom Tourneur will ride.
TARZ LA ROSE travelled across to Murray Bridge yesterday morning and arrived well. Winkers goes on first time after being very green and never getting into the race last start. She gets a big open track which will allow her to level up with the winkers. There isn’t a lot in this race to compete with and may be over the odds coming into this. Okay at debut but never a threat at second go.

No.8 STRATESSA – Dom Tourneur (Barrier 6)
STRATESSA (6) heads to Murray Bridge on Wednesday where she will contest an 1400m Maiden (Race 3, 3.17pm). She has drawn gate six and Dom Tourneur will ride.
STRATESSA travelled across to Murray Bridge yesterday morning and arrived well. She has been trialling well and all her gear from the previous preparation comes off. The stable is extremely happy with this mare and believe she can run a really strong race. Resumes and Boasts a good fresh record (4:1-2-0) and is one to keep an eye on.
