UNDER THE TASSELS heads to Stawell where she will contest a 1300 metre Maiden. She has drawn gate seven and Lucinda Boyd will ride.
She was good first-up at Donald where she had really good closing sectionals, we haven’t done too much with her since that run so fitness-wise she will most likely need the run again today. She will be looking for further this campaign and will improve again off whatever she does today. She will be positioned back in the field today looking to finish off strongly, which isn’t always advantageous at Stawell, so while she will running on late, she might struggle to finish in the placings.
