ART DEALER heads to Stawell where he will run in the 1300m 0 – 58 Handicap. He has drawn gate ten and Michael Poy will ride.
ART DEALER has been disappointing to date and this is really his last chance to show us something if we are going to persist with him in the stable. This race does look quite weak in terms of the competition he meets and he has drawn well to get a good run. He has been freshened right up for this knowing that while he definetly can gallop he just doesn’t seem to produce it on raceday so hence have kept him fresh for this. His ability should take him a long way in this grade of race, however he really needs to show us he wants to race. A good each way chance here but need to take on trust a little.
