The Henry Dwyer Racing stable has one runner today with STRATESSA running at Warrnambool on Day 3 of the Carnival.

STRATESSA heads to Day 3 of the Warrnambool May Carnival where she will contest a 1300m Benchmark 78. She has drawn gate five and Ben Allen will ride.
STRATESSA is second-up today and we would have liked it a lot wetter than it currently is. The field has also come up very strong today with some progressive horses lining including favourite OVER THE SKY that looks Saturday class. She will be in second half of the field today as she often misses the jump slightly and it will be interesting to see the track pattern by race 10, hopefully they are running on at that stage. She should be running on strongly late but unlikely to be challenging given the conditions, so we have one eye on next start on a softer track and against easier competition.
