KASAMI (3) heads to Bendigo on Sunday where she will tackle a 1000m BM64 (Race 8, 3:20pm). She has drawn gate three and Mitch Aitken will take the ride.
KASAMI finally get a run today after many scratchings leading into this. With the main dangers scratched from thje race this has set up nicely for KASAMI, Coming in off a third last time out on the Ballarat Synthetic, She will relish the step back onto the turf and dropping to 1000 from 1100. Should be ridden positively from gate 3 and with the speed drawn inside her, this should allow Mitch to sit one of the fence on speed and be to good for them late.(Stable)
